Breathing. Take Two!

Everyone's heard of hit save as you go when typing on a computer right? Is this now an old people thing? My Apple computer does this normally through all the applications I use. I'm not sure what Window's does, but I rarely hit the save button.

Why am I telling you this?

I learnt a very good lesson this week. If you're not connected to the internet when you're writing your post, it doesn't save and bad things can happen.

It was a great post too, about breathing and about yoga and about Wim Hof, the Iceman. Breathing is an essential part of yoga and there are studies that show it helps to reduce depression and anxiety.

Breathing is a natural part of life, but did you know you can control your temperature and even enhance your immune system by breathing a certain way? Wim Hof, the Iceman is a fascinating guy who has scientifically proven we can do this. Cool, hey!
